8:17am... @ Changi Airport Terminal 1... I sorta made it my habit to take a photo of this board the first thing I stepped in here...
9:39am... boarding the plane... QZ 8493... the flight is 2hrs 30mins1:20pm... reached Denpasar~ Hotel transfer via a MPV~

Headed for Kuta Beach~ drive is some 20mins from the airport to the hotel~
1:39pm... Arrived at Ramayana Resorts and Spa... at the lobby for check-in...
Room #277... Superior Double Room
Room is spacious, with a King Sized Bed and a day-bed by the window~
Pretty standard stuff to be expected of... mini-bar is inside the cabinet beneath the T.V.
Complimentary mineral water... and the standard hot-water flask~
Yay~! Bathtub~!
Washroom comes equipped with hairdryer...
... and the misc. accessories...
... at the entrance of each building in the resort premises, we can always find these presentation of flower petals...
... Swimming pool near the hotel rooms...

Gigantic sofas for lazing by the pool~
Rama Spa...
Went in and booked for the Rama Ultimate Sensation package...Took a tour inside the Spa and the facilities are very nice; gives you all the privacy you'd love~ But the US $77.00 per person (exclude 21% tax) is a major turn-off. Cancelled the appointment when we found out the rates outside is almost 70% cheaper...
Here's the second swimming pool at the resort... its directly beside the Gabah Restaurant, hence not much people prefer to swim here...
Ramayana Resort & Spa is situated at a very central location in the hearts of Kuta beach... shopping is right at its doorsteps~
This belt of boutique retail shops is merely a stone throw away...
Billabong, Roxy, Rip Curl, Quick Silver... all the surf shops...
Perhaps its just me.... whenever I see the Golden Arches, I feel closer to civilisation... keke...
2:57pm... Matahari Shopping Centre is just beside the hotel...
went in to find some grub... and guess what we saw?

Missed the bear so much~
too bad the Root Beer Float didn't come in the classic glass mug...
3:39pm... continuing our tour of the vicinity...
3:41pm... returning to the resort with some drinks...
4:33pm... Headed out to hunt for the Billabong Factory Outlet...
Possibily the largest KFC restaurant I've seen....
Horse carriage... available for hire...
The streets of Bali are scattered with beautiful Balinese style temples...
... and everywhere on the streets, we'll come across these offerings that the locals place on the ground...
5:20pm... passed by a Kwan Kong Temple... found the wall painting very well drawn that I had to take a photo...
Handicraft furniture shops along the road...
stone and clay stuff...
almost nearing the Billabong factory outlet... we passed by the Surf Factory (that Honda asked me to search for...)
6:06pm ... and Billabong Factory Outlet is just approx. 100metres down the road.... (we walked for a good 90mins~!!!). I must say... you can give this place a miss; because the selections inside
are disappointing... even though there's a huge discount, either that you can't find nice designs, or there are merely odd sizes left...7:53pm... Back at the Resort grounds... took a dip at the pool for shiokness~
10:18pm... Fanta Blueberry... tasted funky...
was so shagged from the Billabong trip that we merely ordered in room-service... didn't wanna go out after showering.... Fried Duck Rice...
