Took the below video off Bel's blog. Said she will never do a caesarian after watching it. I went ahead and watched the entire 5m + video... Shows how the surgeon slice layers after layers of the belly... pincer aside the flesh... soak up the blood... until the opening finally burst out liquid from the water bag... then they pull out the baby... cut away the umbilical cord... then finally remove the placenta portion left over in the stomach... WOW....
